LeverLock System
 

The Leverlock System consists of a   10 x 5 cm (4" x 2") label cover made of clear plastic that seals and tags mail and currency bags. Leverlock, with its adjustable cord, provides a secure and effortless neck tightening system, without the use of tools. The Leverlock System can be integrated with modern tracking systems, since bar code is the last numbering technology available.  The ultimate solution for the transportation of valuables, the reusable Ecolock Bag, can be used several times, reducing cost and pollution. The Leverlock System received a gold medal at the 6th International Convention for Invention & New Technology, in Switzerland.

Leverlock System

Comprising a label bearer (PR-01 and PR-02), adjustable nylon cord 10 or 16 cm (4”or 6 ¼”) long, and lever for tightening and security seals (Plik and SS-01/02).

Leverlock PR-01 - Label holder with adjustable nylon cord 10 cm (4”) long. Optional: personalization in area of 10 x 15 mm (3/8”x 5/8”). Sealed with the Plik security seal.

Leverlock PR-01 - Label holder with adjustable nylon cord 16 cm (6 ¼”) long. Optional: personalization in area of 10 x 15 mm (3/8”x 5/8”). Sealed with the Plik security seal.

Plik N - Seal with 6 random alpha-numbered characters. Optional: high relief logo

Plik CNH - Supplied in cartridges of 10 seals, numbered in hot-stamp, with 7 digits, without logo.

Leverlock PR-02 - Label holder with adjustable nylon cord 10 cm long. Optional: personalization in area of 10 x 15 mm. Sealed with the SS-01 or SS-02 security seals.

Leverlock PR-02 - Label holder with adjustable nylon cord 16 cm (6 ¼”) long. Optional: personalization in area of 10 x 15 mm. Sealed with the SS-01 or SS-02 security seals.

SS-01 - Seal consists of an anchor, capsule and plain tab, with an option for logo.

SS-02 - Identical to SS-01, but with numbered tab with 8 characters IML (Injection-Mold Label). A paper tag fixed to the tab at the injection process. Optional: bar code. #SS02B128PPCL
 

Reusable Ecolock Bags

 

The environment friendly Ecolock Bag consists of  a mono-extruded plastic bag, label holder PR-02, and SS-02 bar-coded seal.
