Casinos -  With shift changes, staff do not have time to recount the bundles, once the bills are secured in the bags. Bags are color coded to identify how many bills are in the bag.  For example, one strap bags, color blue for 100 bills, 5-strap bags color red for 500 bills, etc.  One strap bags are also used for the change attendants on the floor.  The change in the bag has been preset and once the bag is sealed does not have to be recounted before the change attendant gives it to the player.
